This stuff is amazing! Really helps focus the mind, relaxes your senses, and brings clarity. There is no stimulant feeling. Just natural clean energy. Great value too! And tastes good which is a huge bonus.

I take these when I really need to focus. Seems to help. They are not too sweet don't smell chewable and pretty tasty. Good value and I will buy more in the future.

I’d like this, but sometimes it gives me a headache

Mixed feelings! Do research before buying. So I noticed an immediate change in my energy and they completely stopped me from over eating and snacking which I was not expected but amazing! However, I cannot sleep! They do not help me sleep as others say they have the opposite effect. I did more research and these contain a crazy amount of B vitamins which because of their energy production can impact sleep. I’m actually afraid these can be dangerous due to the super high level of B-12. It is 20,000x the recommended dosage! So while I like how I feel and they do taste good, I will not be taking these everyday, only once in a while and will probably only do one instead of two. I recommend you research the vitamin B overdose side effects before purchasing.

A friend recommended these and I gave them a shot. They are very good. I do feel like your friends in my mood. I look forward to waking up in the morning to take my gummy and the flavor is delicious. No aftertaste it makes my day every time every morning. We definitely buy again.

My one star review is more about product storage and packaging from Amazon and the manufacturer. I was unable to try the product since I received two giant globs of gummies. I did not consider the current high temperatures, storage or shipping conditions on a product like this, but Amazon AND the manufacturer should have and taken measures when shipping and storing products vulnerable to extreme heat. That said, when Amazon delivered the package, they left it sitting on my front porch and direct sunlight without notification that it had been delivered. I could’ve gotten my neighbor to collect the package, but I suspect that they were already melted when they were delivered. I may consider trying again after the weather cools.

Be careful when testing they taste soo good you may eat too many!! And have to go take a long nap. Love these gummies soo much with all the good aminos and brain food. So thankful I found these to help me get a long night sleep!! They all work great!

Can't tell if these are making any difference, but they taste SO GOOD that I look forward to taking them. I thought I was supposed to take these at night, but did notice I wasn't sleeping as well, then noticed they had vitamin b6 and 12 so switched to taking them during the day. They stick together a bit in the jar, but not terribly, and really taste great.
