This is the best thing ever! My preschool kids loved it. Can't wait to try it with the toddlers. The sand is soft and nice to touch. It clumps very well and is perfect for cookie cutters and molds. It doesn't dry out. It doesn't leave any texture on your hands after. It's fun and relaxing to sit and pet or squish between your fingers. Therapeutic, even. It is so easy to clean up because it clumps together. It's easy to to sweep up with a broom or suck up with a vacuum. The white is like snow, very sparkly and pretty. The blue is also pretty. I do wish there were other 2 lb 2 color options like in their mini containers. Orange and pink or yellow and purple. But I say the price is very worth it, especially because I can confirm that it doesn't ever dry out and it doesn't stain your hands or leave a residue.

Our 5-year-old absolutely loves kinetic sand, and this has been a great addition to our sensory activities. The texture is soft, molds well, and has held up nicely with regular play. If you’re deciding between this and Grand Sand, the biggest difference we’ve noticed is that the grains in this brand are finer. It creates a slightly different sensory experience, but our daughter has enjoyed both. One thing we especially appreciate is that this brand offers a somewhat healthier option. It’s gluten free and uses dyes that we feel are a better choice than some other kinetic sand products. Another pleasant surprise is that it doesn’t seem to leave dye behind. We haven’t noticed any staining on hands, clothing, or our carpet when a little gets tracked around, which has been an issue for us with other popular brands. My only wish is that each color came in a larger quantity. The amount of each color is fairly small, especially for children who enjoy blending some colors together while also keeping others separate. We found that you’d likely need two or three sets to have enough sand for that type of play. It’s also been sitting out for several days and hasn’t dried out, which has been impressive. We haven’t tested it with water yet, but I’m sure we will at some point! Overall, we’ve been very happy with it. It provides a wonderful sensory experience, is easy to shape and play with, and we’d definitely purchase it again.

So soft! Best sand ever. No stickiness great quality. My kids love this sand. Sensory calming toy excellent. Great value for money. My kids like this sand more than playdough. Will definitely buy again when needed. I love this sand too! Relaxing to play with.

My class played with this for over a week - holds up well and great texture

The best sand for an 18 month old. This sand doesn't stick to her hands or her clothes so it seems to be very mess free. It is so fun to play with and keeps her attention for quite a while. We even mixed all the colors together and it made a beautiful iridescent green.

I would give it like 2-3 stars, but it is my fault for not checking the reviews and looking at photos like I normally do on here. Instead I tried to save me a couple dollars getting this organic kinetic sand dupe. I got this for my 6yr old boy. Now for my review run down. Pros: it’s everything that’s described. Only thing off is the advertisement on the bag. The sand is no where near that fluffy.. but it is eye catching and cheaper than kinetic so that’s how I bought it. The texture is like play do meets kinetic sand. It holds its structure better. You can shape it to anything and don’t have to worry about it slowly crashing down like kinetic does. It’s true about not leaving residue. Not sticky. Not sure why some comments say theirs don’t bond/ stick together.. I had no problem making a ball, added more sand to make a bigger ball. The sand is beautiful. I love the sparkly white sand and the lovely blue color. It’s even more beautiful combined together. It has no scent really.. it smells like what it is 😅 Sand. Easy to clean up. Cons: it does clump up a lot. So don’t expect the consistency to be like the classic kinetic sand. It’s all clumps. You do have to put in a little more work if you don’t want your creation to have a bunch of cracks. Since it’s all clumps, you really got to smooth out the parts you don’t want to look cracked. If your kid asks for kinetic sand.. I DON’T recommend this. BUT if you would like a less of a mess, and or your child have sensory issues with the residue kinetic leaves, than this sand would be perfect. If all the kid cares about is having something close to sand that they can mold and play with inside. Would I buy again? I’m not sure. If I’m looking for this kind of texture then yes. I don’t regret my purchase though, I will make use to this.

The sand is pretty sticky, hard to get off your skin after playing. But will wash right off with soap and water. I wouldn’t recommend for any littles that like to eat things still! But I’d say great for children 3 and up!

My Grandsons and I love all chuckle and roar sensory products. This Dream sand is great. Fun to work with and mold and fun to mix colors. My grandson is 4 and he likes to use the sand in his tiny animal dioramas. The fun part is that he can leave it out and it won’t dry out or become unusable.

The texture is nice and soft for my toddler girl, and best part is that I don't feel any residue left on any skin after playing.
