It’s very firm. You’ll need accent pillows due to the pillows being too soft while the bottom cushions are too firm

I purchased this couch on a budget, the customer service is Impeccable, unfortunately the couch is just way too small, poorly made, the metal rods should have a line to determine how far into the wood you have to go to have it secure. Other than that, I unfortunately was not happy with the size of couch since I’m a heavier set woman and it’s just way too uncomfortable.

Good sofa for the price. Very stiff and the fabric is already starting to pill on areas where the dogs mainly sit. So far it has been easy to clean/vacuum up dog hair. Would recommend a sofa cover if you allow animals to lay on the coach like we do or else it might wear apart the fabric.

Have had it a few months and the cushions are already deflated and feel super hard to sit on. Not happy with the quality. Would not recommend

Well let me start off by saying, I didn't like anything about the sectional sofa set. I can list a ton of things I disliked about the product. It's over priced, it's very hard and not comfortable at all. It's poorly made... It's very lite. The wood is not solid. One of the legs fell off after assembling it, because the wood cracked after screwing it in. One sectional didn't have the holes predrilled on the bottom, so I couldn't screw the legs on and the seller was no help. They wanted pictures, I uploaded the pictures and sent them and I never heard back from the seller. I would've never bought this set had I known it was from a 3rd party seller. Very disappointed with this sectional. Please don't waste your money!
