Question is, is the product sufficiently large enough and flexible enough to encompass the entire lower arm of a small adult woman? For IV site prep.

It is large enough. It just doesn’t stay warm very long because it’s not very thick

I really love this product, but it got dirty. Best way to clean the fabric?

Thank you for your question. To clean the product, simply wipe the fabric with a damp towel or wipes. Do not wash or soak the product with water - it will ruin the filling ingredients. Best regards, Nature Creation

Can it come without aromathetspy?

Thank you for your question. The Microwaveable Buddy can be Unscented and is just filled with Flaxseed and Rice. Here is the link to the Unscented product page: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072JZQWBZ/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Nature Creation
