Yes, according to their website they do test it before they sell it. I haven't tested it for radiation or chemicals myself as I don't have the proper lab equipment at home anymore (there was an accident involving my containment unit, the EPA, and an Ivo Shandor apartment/Gozarian Gateway)

Q: Is the Ujido tea organic? I don't see it in the package if it isn't or not.

Definitely yes and made in Japan

Q: how much egcg is in 1/4 teaspoon?

Absolutely none thats displayed on ingredients. This is the best green tea matcha I've ever had if that helps.

Q: Is it too much to add a tablespoon of this to 40 oz of water?

No, I use a tablespoon in 8oz of oakmilk for a matcha latte. Delicious!
