Each bulb lasted about 3 days.

Don't recommend... Only one lasted more than one week, then blew... Poor quality/fit for Welch Allyn replacement.

Good Halogen Replacement Bulbs 04900-U, good compatibility with Welch Allyn, come in a pack of 5 and work as a advertised.

LED bulb had very blue light, not cool white but blue light. Did not work everytime.

Product review for Compatible with Welch Allyn 5 Pcs Halogen Replacement Bulbs 04900-U (5 pcs) These are an affordable option to the OEM Welch Allyn Halogen bulbs that can be around 15 bucks a bulb, you would get three of these bulbs. However the difference is that these bulbs are LED and not Halogen, it gives a bright cool white instead of warm white. Another challenge I have noticed is the operation voltage which is 3.5V rated but the Lithium battery in Welch Allyn is about 3.7 to 4 V that can decrease the bulb life. My OEM bulbs are 16 years old and they still work well, so it comes down to the longevity of these bulbs to know if it is a good value.
