Good product. A smooth focus and energy boost.

Love the energy boost that these give me. Impressed in that it has a very low dose of caffeine in. It doesn't make you jittery at all. Also really easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. Can take it on a empty stomach with no after effects. I've been really impressed with everything that this brand makes and this one is no exception. It is a bit pricier than some of the other alternatives, especially straight caffeine, but it's worth it knowing that you're getting a high quality supplement and that what they say is in it is actually what's in it.

First off, quality ingredients are ALWAYS the most important thing I look for in all of my vitamins and supplements, and where they're sourced from matters to me. This supplement has been FANTASTIC for my husband and me. I waited roughly two weeks before writing a review. It has given us steady energy throughout our days with only taking two pills per day. It only took three days to notice the BIG difference in our energy levels. The first two days we took two pills twice daily, but by the third day, we cut the dose in half because we felt the sustained energy without having the jitters that high amounts of caffeine gives to you. I'm a SAH Momma with two toddlers and, boy, they sure do give me a run for my money! My husband is a GC and a crane operator, so he needs to be alert and on the go all the time. Thank goodness we have this VitaMonk supplement now to help us along our jam-packed days. We went from zero to hero in about a weeks time! This supplement is worth every dollar!

This product is an easier alternative to sipping matcha that leaves an aftertaste in your mouth. It’s easier to swallow and there’s no aftertaste involved. It gives me a boost of energy without jitters and calms my body at the same time. It contains naturally derived ingredients and has no fillers or chemicals which I love about this product. Definitely one of the best matcha product I’ve ever tried and I’ll definitely continue using it.

It is a good product with excellent ingredients in it. It gave me a boost of energy, which I was happy about, as matcha is a good supplement. It is supposed to increase your metabolism and help with fat loss, which I love. In addition L-theanine is supposed to help you focus, which is awesome.

These capsules do not provide a lot of caffeine if you take one, but I take three usually at a time and it helps me for a couple of hours again this is not going to replace drinking say a tablespoon of Matcha tea powder, such as a Matcha, tea latte, etHowever, it's a lot easier than trying to drink and lower grade Matcha tea powder such as what you will find for $20 for 1 pound of culinary grade Matcha tea if you buy the first harvest Matcha tea which is around $40-$50 for 3 ounces the quality of Matcha tea powder will always be however, back to these capsules.They are good for what they are, which is to provide Matcha tea in a capsule form. That's quick and easy to take. Just don't expect much if you only take one capsule and don't expect it to last more than maybe one to two hours of energy boost if that's what you're trying to get.I still recommend them and I'm still going to continue buying them because sometimes it's just easier to take three pills than it is to make myself a tea or brew bag, tea, etc.

This product is amazing! To be honest, I was skeptical, but I have been thrilled with the results. I can take one capsule in the morning and be in a good mood all day. If I take two capsules, I'm in a fantastic mood and have amazing energy all day. Someone even commented to day how happy I seemed. I will definitely be putting this on auto-ship.
