I've had this Hydrogen water generator for about a month, using it 1 to 3 times daily. It works good, no issues with leaks or performance. The box it comes in looks kind of generic. The brand on the stick-on label says Shunrenful. I tested the water before and after running the generator. Plain water measures between 0.00 and .02 ppm. After running the generator, the water tested at 1.3 ppm to 1.6 ppm. As far as the effects of drinking Hydrogenated water on health. It is supposed to increase antioxidant activity and reduce inflammation. I've not really noticed any difference, but then, how do you really tell how many free radicals it's eliminating? When not in use, I leave it apart. I turn the base upside down on a clean wash cloth to let it dry out.

This product advertises that it uses a PEM filter or a proton exchange membrane and it does not. The easy way to tell is by looking for two different electrodes or metal plates from which electrolysis occurs to be in the same cavity. If they are in the same cavity, then this is the same as dropping two wires in water and running an electrical current through it. Doing this will leach harmful metals into your water over time which may accumulate in the body. Even though it specifies filtered water chlorinated water when electrolyzed in this way can also produce harmful chlorine gases and other harmful byproduct. I was able to smell a slight ozone odor after using the product which prompted me to dig in further and disassemble it, which is how I found this out.It’s difficult to tell from the images attached however, both electrodes positive and negative are inside the glass jar area, which holds water. This is your number one sign that it does not use a PEM filter.A real PEM system will physically separate the two electrodes with the PEM filter. This membrane or filter only allows hydrogen generation to form on one side while any other contaminants are physically on the other side of the membrane and should be vented to the atmosphere. In the end, like so many other health products this is a rip off and may also create a health hazard for the user. Please research more on methods of hydrogen water generation to become better informed yourself.

The jury is still out on this product. It initially worked without problems. We noticed that the filtering mechanism appears to be faltering.

I always drink 9.ph water and the taste is always the same. to me it taste flat but I have gotten use to it over the years. The first thing I noticed with this cup is that it made the water taste like well water! No kidding! I mean the direct aquifer well water, where the water has a very distinct taste. Almost sweet and very refreshing. I have drank from this product four to five times for one and a half days and can see a difference already!Here's a little background for comparison because, I think, you should get this! I switched, cold turkey, from drinking coffee all day to drinking water almost as often. That was about 4 days before I added this product to my water routine. Not only does the water taste great but my body almost craves it! BTW, I used water with a pinch (4 or 5 med granuales) of Celtic salt under my tongue for the fastest hydration. Thsi combined routine has been quite awesome for getting my energy and time awareness back on track. One good thing leads to another, as I even sleep better with a higher O2 level! YES, you read that right!! On a very short comparable average, I have increased 02 levels, that should be even more pronounced time and use continues! its a hands down solid product for me!
