Great for the price! It’s very tall, high from the floor.

Perfect height for my husband who had hip surgery recently. The toilet came well packed with all the necessary parts. It was easy to assemble and install and looks neat. So far no water leaks. The flushing efficiency could be more powerful but as of now, it works well for us. Good value for money. I’ll recommend it strongly.

This toilet has made my life alot easier. The height makes the toilet very comfortable for my disabled hubby.

I wanted a taller toilet for one of our bathrooms because of the hip surgeries I've had. But if you are not 6'6" tall or taller, this is NOT the height of toilet for you. I'm 6'4" tall and this thing was too tall for me. My poor wife who is 5'2" had her feet dangling off the floor. Unfortunately, we learned it was the wrong height AFTER I had it installed. We never actually used it because it was clear we needed a shorter toilet. Two days later I packed it back up and replaced it myself with a shorter model.I thought I would have to suffer the full weight of my foolish decision, but the seller kindly reached out to me to work out a mutually agreeable solution to lessen the blow. Kudos to CY Basics. They are very considerate sellers.

New toilet works well! We purchased two tall toilets. They are a little too tall for me, but just right for my husband!

Seat worst ever sat on! We had to buy a decent seat which seller should reimburse for. Also tighten the big plastic nut on bottom of tank as it was not tight enough and it leaked. Somehow water can get past the doughnut rubber ring and leak out of the tank. Material good enough to withstand DYI stress! Very good as these can crack and then it's junk.Am getting back to this to fairly follow up on the seller's action. The credited us for the cost of replacing the seat. 5 star rating for that responsible action. There was some confusion about the leak. Just understand here that installing must include tightening the big nut under the tank to be sure the seal is adequate or you could have a leak like we did. No leak at the tank fasteners after carefully securing them, but not until we tightened the big nut did our leak stop. Several days later, fantastic toilet and sure a lot easier for us older folks to get on and off. Older citizens need this toilet!

We bought this because my 3 year old daughter was giving us THE HARDEST time with potty training. I’m talking would straight up AVOID the potty on purpose, opting to use it on herself for disinterest in using the potty. Installing this toilet that is perfectly sized for her was a game changer. She loves this thing! Things are definitely looking up from here. I’m so glad we made this investment.
