Gummies are easier to remember

The smell and taste are awful! As soon as I opened the package I gagged and even my boyfriend could smell it several feet away and was disgusted. I am sure they do the job but I couldn’t stomach it. We went with vitafusion instead. Smell better and taste better. Also, I over looked that you can’t return it. I bought two and now stuck with them. (Which I know is my fault) but Bleh!

3 are a lot of gummy to have but they don't taste bad.has what seems to be the majority of your basic needs.They do stick together a lot more than the average gummy which makes it a pain to get out most of the time.

the smell of these is just hideous! when i opened the bottle, the smell nearly blew me away. after much deliberation, i finally popped them in my mouth and started to chew them. it's a little better if you try not to breathe. The dosage is 3 chews per day. I ordered them as they had a 50 percent serving of zinc, which is higher than nearly all multi-vitamin blends. i might change my review after I've taken them for awhile. i'd like to just discard, but they were too pricey for that!

Value for money for real

You do have to take 3 of them a day, but I don't mind because the price per month supply is still great and they taste like candy. If you like tart candy / sweet-tarts, you'll like these. They are also more of a chewy than a gummy, which I prefer.

Love these. As someone with multiple fruit allergies it's hard to find vitamins I can take safely. No bad reaction. Highly recommended!
