Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and in a total panic, found this on Amazon and opted to buy the book instead of having it on my kindle, it has really put my mind at rest and made me realise it's not the end of the world, plus as there are no Diabetes (Desmond) awareness courses in my area at the moment it has really helped. Not too keen on the recipes as I also have IBS and many of the ingredients I cannot eat, but as this Doctor is English he speaks my language and even made me laugh, Thank you from a Lancashire Lass
