I am using this product to switch between home and work computer while sharing a single monitor (32" TV) , which to me is a must-have. The quality of the display is improved over my last KVM switch, which used hdmi out at 30 hz. All cables were included and I like the usability of the front buttons and port locations. The only downside I've seen is that I get controller errors when I plug a third peripheral (printer or camera) over my mouse and keyboard and try to switch between computers. It seems to work at first but then the peripheral will get dropped and Windows will show me an error message. But this is not a showstopper for me... I was more concerned with the ability to maintain connection of mouse and keyboard after switching back and forth plus minimal graphics loss.

To be fair the ad mentions the dp cables are not included BUT for the price of the kvm it should come with them. This kvm works with both older and newer laptops/pc's unlike other options on amazon. Would buy again for future setups.

No DP cables. USB cables included are very short. To short for my application. I needed to buy DP cables and USB cables separate, raising overall cost significantly.

I should have listened to the other reviews, works fine with one device connected with 2 monitors, add second device and it doesn't work, tried dropping to 40hz refresh and it still didn't work. I disconnect the first system and the second system works fine, well with a 2-3 second lag time before mouse and keyboard work. The seller doesn't provide any real support, if you click on support through Amazon it is just a useless guide. I've been in IT for over 20 years and think I have the basics covered. Should have listened to my head instead of my wallet, if you buy something cheap, that is what you get cheap and not worth it. Going back to my previous DVI mini-view, it works with 4 systems connected at 60hz and 1920/1200 with no issues. One star is too many for this product, it just doesn't work, pay a little extra and save yourself the headaches and wasted time. As others have mentioned, the fact that they don't include the cables is another short fall, at least they should include one set. Also the USB cables expect all 4 PCs, if it would work, would have to be within 3 feet of each other and the device.

Hooked up four USB devices with a tiny hub, along with an 8K monitor. Works flawlessly. Switch lag is a few seconds.

This switch is for 3 monitors with 3 integrated USB 3.0 ports which can recognize keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner and other USB devices. Supports ultra-fast USB 3.0 data transfer up to 5Gbps, backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1 devices. I like the quality of the video and very little lag.

None of the USB A ports on the front of this device work. It's a rip off.Edit: Amazon sent me a replacement before I sent in the broken unit. The replacement works beautifully.

First the included usb 3 a-b cables are laughably short, so much so as to be pretty much useless.The unit does switch between outputs and move the front panel usb connections to the active host. Unfortunately it does not "buffer" or maintain the illusion of a monitor output on the hosts that are not selected so any windows you have open end up on different screens when you switch from one host to another and then back to the original.

The KVM does everything it claims to do without issue. I'm pushing two 2k displays (165hz and 144hz) with HDR, all my peripherals pass through nicely, and using both Windows and Linux.This thing gets the job done!

以前から使ってたKBM切替器はモニター1台を切替るものだったが、ほぼ同価格でモニター3台をPC4台で切替出来るのは便利なので買い換えました。従来のと比べて、8Kモニターの対応USB3.0の対応表面に主電源スイッチがあるリモコンが付いているのが良い点だと思います。残念な点はリモコンの表面がシリコンゴムで覆われててほこりが付きやすいのと、各PCに配置するUSBケーブルが1mと短い事。2mあるともうちょっとゆとりある配線ができたと思います。

Ideal for configurations involving multiple systems

I wanted to get this KVM to replace my HDMI version I used for over a year from the same manufacturer. At first it wasn't working, but I found out that the cables from the original one were not USB 3 they were USB2 so I tried the ones that came with the KVM and they are too short. They come in 3' with the switch, but my PC's are over 5' away, so I had to order 2 more cables. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The switch works perfect with my ultra wide monitors I get 344x1440 at 144hz which is the max my monitors will go. This is what I wanted.So for that I have to give the switch a thumbs up. Also the toggle switch that comes with it works excellent. I will update my review if the new cables allow my K70RGB and my corsair scimitar mouse to work through the switch so I don't have to use 2kb's and 2 mice, like I have to do right now. If they work I will change my review. However, to the seller and manufacturer, you should include 6' cables as an option when people are buying the switch. This would make it much easier. For now I give it 3/5 stars for that fact. (NOTE: I got the new 6' cables and they worked perfect so now the switch is 100% working.) So the only issue was that the cables that came with it are too short 3' they should include 6' or allow you to get a discount on 6' versions of the cables. Problem solved!
