You get what you pay for! Less than a month after the parts were installed the lower ball joints had to be replaced. They should have been replaced sooner but I went to several different shops trying to troubleshoot steering issues that started after the parts were installed. I replaced upper and lower ball joints with new good quality moog parts because I couldn't trust the upper joints since the lower joints were bad from the start. I contacted the seller and the are going to refund me a total of $20. I feel this is a slap in the face since both joints are bad and the parts are listed on their website for $32 each.

Purchased in May 2019 and until August 2021. However, I put only 5k miles on the truck in that period of time. Perhaps the product I purchased was defective but gave it 1 star for drag link and ball joints lasting only 2 years. I will spend the money on name brand, quality parts going forward.

I'll start by saying that the packaging job from 1A Auto was very bad. The box was broken open on delivery and a few parts were missing. I contacted them and they immediately shipped out the missing parts. Once I had everything on had I got the installation done. All the parts went in smoothly. The tie rod parts are darn near OEM quality and I would say that the ball joints are superior to OEM. The build quality and feel of the joints just seems better. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely get this kit.
