The installation process was very clearly described and easy to follow. The lock is very well made and nice to look at. I did call the lock maker (Veise) to discuss options on setting codes. I spoke with Nicole, who was extremely helpful and professional. She provided me with the information required and stayed with me until it was complete. I sincerely appreciate her assistance.

Was little skeptical at first but after reading the reviews and deciding on this one. It works great so much easier to use with the app or key card. Wish I did this sooner. I already order more key fobs to keep on hand for dog sitter and such it’s great I can activate or deactivate it if lost or whatever and not worry about having an actual key out. I like the control of the automatic lock as well. Plus having a keypad touch screen for a code as well. Great product thank you. Was also very simple to install it took me maybe 30 minutes to replace my old key lock with this one.

About two weeks after setup, the system unexpectedly went offline. While that was a bit frustrating at first, what really stood out was the quality of customer support. I reached out, and the response was quick, professional, and effective. Aaron from technical support was especially helpful—he walked me through the issue step by step and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. That level of support makes a big difference. As for the lock itself, the features are simple, intuitive, and well-designed. The app is easy to navigate, and everything—from access control to monitoring—feels secure and reliable. It gives a strong sense that you’re using solid, modern technology without unnecessary complexity. Best decision I have made for the new condo I just recently bought in Lewes Delaware that I am renovating. Works perfect with multiple options. I am still figuring things out as far as remote use. I set it up with google home but haven’t had a chance to see how it works with it. But I set it to lock automatically once I shut the door after 60 sec., which is good for Grandchildren. I also activated a Fob for my daughter and created a passcode for me. But the app is awesome and you can just oress the circle on the app and it opens. It was the first time I changed a door handle like that, which was a little challenging since the one the the place came with was not installed properly. I had to fill the holes from theirs with metal filler and drill a new hole. I highly recommend reading the directions and watch the videos because it will save you a lot of time. This is a very good product. I love it! Now I need to paint the door and everything around it😂❤️

Installation was super easy. The lock connect to the app quickly and easily. Quick key press to lock. The app features are great. Great value vs the big box stores!

The door lock works beautifully!! I had trouble at first with the set up, but Aaron with customer service did a great job. It was an easy fix and 5 minutes later I was in business. Excellent customer service and I got an extra years warranty. Thanks Aaron

I was hesitant to purchase because I've never heard of this brand. Looks great, works great. Easy installation. Everything needed was in the box. I only gave it 4 stars because it says you can use you're smart phone as a key and I could never get that option set up to work. I'm not an electrician but I consider myself to be pretty handy, followed all steps and just could not get my phone to unlock this. Otherwise the key pad and finger print read and work very well.
