無くても良いが、有った方が良い。
比較対象を持っていないので詳しくは無いのですが、しっかりと音量が上がりますし、音質やバランスが変わるといったクセもありません。ノイズが大きくなっているわけではないですが、押さえられているという事も無い気がします。出力が上がり、ノイズも大きくなっているわけではないので、ゲート等でのノイズコントロールはしやすくなったと思います。

Very clean signal
Works great with my Shure 545L Unidyne III. Very low noise. Got some delay with the delivery, but it has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

Great for softly spoken vocals
I record meditation videos and talk softly. This condenser amplifies my volume significantly and has greatly improved the quality of my vocals. I’m able to turn the gain down to approximately 30% and has reduced the noise my mic was picking up. Best money ever spent. I’ve had this problem for two years, I just wish I would’ve researched a little further two years ago. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, so I’m hoping that it stands the test of time.
