Think about trying to fold up a wet hottub and cover in the rain and get it defaulted and back into the cardboard box that it barely fit in from the factory.I bought this with high hopes it would help my muscles and body aches. It had 2 holes right away when I first aired it up. They were slow so I didn't notice until it was half filled up but I thought it was from the cold water so I pumped it up again and it just kept slowly deflating.This was not an Amazon product so I had to deal with a 3rd party. They offered me 25% back. I was not thrilled about keeping a useless hottub and getting 25% of the cost!! Why 🤷🏼‍♀️?!?! They told me to pick it up and take it to ups. That was so hard. So very hard. I couldn't get it back in I had to tape it with like $15 worth of tape or so. And pick it up to put it in the car. It's huge! Alone!!!Wet and stinky from the water.Ok so the clips are 2 handed like child proof opening. That sucked. The size was great unless you have to return it. Which I did 100% of the time.You think you are buying from Amazon and they said they would come to the house and pick it up, but no because you're not actually buying from Amazon.This does make me leery of making big purchases from Amazon. They don't hold the 3rd parties to their policy but I did not know I was buying from a 3rd party.Ps I did try to patch it with the patches and even bought some Gorilla seal spray. It didn't work.

I loved it. But i had to take it apart to make the bubbles work. But then it leaked even more than the first time. The first time it was filled it eventually stopped leaking. But once I tried fixing it the leak was so bad it emptied almost all the way. Unfortunately the manufacturer is very difficult to get a hold of and I am still not able to use it. I regret this because I was feeling so much better with it on my life and now I don't have enough money to replace it.

The buckle snaps that they use on the tub are very difficult to release. Takes two hands to unsnap them your thumb on the button and then squeeze the snaps inward with your thumb and four finger. I’ve already modified mine bungees.

It will NOT stay hot. It was great for the first few days. I purchased it early as a gift for my husband (purchased it in June and gave it to him in July). So the 30 days was up. We were able to use it for a week with the temp staying at 104 daily. Now we have to reset it multiple times a day if we want to try and use it. Sometimes it will take a day or 2 to get up to the 104 temp. The 104 usually happens in the morning when everyone is heading off to work so don't work hard all day an expect to use it and relax after work.

I am on my second one. The first one started leaking so they did send a replacement. But now the second one is doing the same thing. Trying to figure out how I contacted them the first time.No replacement or money back cause I had it for2.5 months. So my return was up!!Save your money do not buy this hot tub

Just know you will be sitting on the ground. There are no cushions for sitting.

Our tub began to malfunction within about 4 months. A few months later it stopped heating. We emailed customer support and they have not responded after a month. We do not recommend this product

Buyer beware!I purchased this on July 20 and on 8/31 the spa stopped working. Attempted to contact company via phone and email and no response. I was denied a rebate because it expired on 8/21 so I was 10 days past the 30 days. Now I have a $600 pole of plastic!!!!
