Easy installation
Easy install, mountable, I used it on my 48V cart. Works perfectly.

Easy install. Does what it's supposed to.
Used to reduce my EZGO TXT48v battery cluster down to 12v for an LED headlight. Quick and easy to install. Connect the +(red) cable to the first batteries + terminal. Connect the -(black) cable to the negative terminal of the last battery in the pack. Instant 12v reduction. Confirmed voltage reduction with multimeter. Nice and small to easily mount to the metal frame of the golf cart. Seems sturdy and well built. Now we see how it holds up against time.

Easy to Install
Perfect addition for the upgrade to LED lights on my golf cart. Pretty straight forward installation. One of the warnings was a bit confusing as it stated to never recharge the battery. It doesn't have a battery, and if it is referring to not recharging the battery on my electric golf cart, then that doesn't make sense either. It has seemed to work well as my new lights work perfectly running off of a 48 volt battery arrangement.

It does what I need it to do
It does the thing. Hasn't caught on fire yet hopefully it won't. After wiring to a 48v system checked to see if it supplied 12v power, which it did so I continued wiring up my speaker great product for the money. Sizing it's pretty compact so put it wherever you want i guess it's your project. Functionality: it works Power supply: yup has that too Ease of use: if you have no idea what wires colors mean take it to someone who does.

Works great!
Does what it’s supposed to.. I did end up hooking it up the power supply of my ignition on my golf cart so it would turn off with the key. I seen where if you direct wire it it draws battery down. Didn’t want that.

Stopped working after 3 weeks
Worked ok for the first 3 weeks. Had it wired in to a 36v lithium battery and used to reduce voltage for my lights. Every time I would turn the discharge on the battery on it would pop at the negative terminal. After half a dozen or so times the pop was louder and the voltage discharge from this converter was no more. Looks just like all the other cheap converters so I returned and paid more for a converter with a high rating and higher quality. The larger converter has no pop and appears well worth the extra money. I wonder how long some of these reviews have actually used this converter for. Luckily for me it went out still in the return period.
