Solid nice watch
This watch wears big, I have a 7.5ish wrist and I didn’t need to adjust the bracelet. Unique color, holds it own against the nicer watches in this price range like bulova or seiko. I wish the bracelet was curved the case but it’s fine. Looks great, sits big on a big wrist but not goofy large like invicta, more like a large gshock but still very thin. People have complained about the hands length but you don’t really notice it. $275 is kind of pricey but I really like the color and Nixon really crushed it with this one. I do wish the ring had white numbers instead of black. Haven’t checked the brightness of lune or water resistance yet but looking forward to it. No screw down crown I think. Overall a 4.5+ for me probably a 4.7

Great looking watch.
I purchased this watch because the color is really good looking. It is my first Nixon. Good weight, Similar to my citizen exo drive diver. Was able to size it easily with a watch repair kit i also purchased on Amazon. Very good looking, keeps time. My wife loves the look too.

Bezel Is Incorrect!
Nice watch, but has anyone noticed that the bezel is wrong. While the adjustment stem/crown is on the left, the watchface orientation is “normal”, the bezel should not be reversed!

Love This Watch!
Looks great on my 9-inch wrist! I love the solar Miyota movement. It wears well and is very light.

a good solar powered watch, but it's a big boy
I have a large wrist at 8 inches, so this watch wears well for me. It weighs 136 grams with all but one extra bracelet link installed. It is a 44.5mm diameter case and 48.5mm with the crown with a 12.5mm thickness between the screw down back and the mineral crystal. The bracelet (3.5mm thick) is 20mm at the lugs and it's 47.5mm from lug to lug. The bracelet narrows to 18mm at clasp, which is a stamped steel tri-fold with safety catch, push button release, and has 4 micro-adjustment positions. The bracelet is brushed and matches the watch case, and it comes with 3 additional links in a separate bag. This is unusual as all the links are usually installed and I would have to remove them for resizing. These use cotter pins, and you can remove up to 7 links (there are no half links). The bracelet has quick release pins, which is a very nice feature. However, the bracelet is not shaped to the contour of the watch case, so there is a gap. On the plus side, this makes the bracelet fully articulate and folds flat against the back of the watch. The 5 links make this a bit of a jangly bracelet, but it's not excessive in the side to side play and wears comfortably on my wrist without snagging any hairs. The minute hand is a pencil shape and the second hand is arrow. The hour hand is rather unique, which I can only describe as a shovel head. The luminescence is green for the hour markers while the hands and the zero indicator on the bezel is blue. They start out bright and legible and still serviceable after 5 minutes, except the bezel zero indicator. Instead of a tiny dot, they should have illuminated the entire triangle so it's much more legible and would last longer. The Nixon emblem on is embossed on the crown and clasp. The crown is at the 9 o'clock position, which works for those who wear it on the right wrist or those on the left and prefer to have the crown away from the hand. The crown is not screw down and only pulls out one position to set the time, and the movement hacks. The bezel is a unidirectional with 120 solid and loud clicks without any back-play, is properly aligned with the minute index, has beveled knurling that is comfortable to grip, and turns with just the right amount of force. It's not so loose that incidental contact will nudge it off from the 12 o'clock position (for those of us who are obsessive about that) and not so stiff that it becomes an exercise in grip and wrist strength. My only negatives are:1. The clasp's button release and the safety catch are stiff and hard to open and close, and the stamped steel does feel cheap.2. The watch dial is large and legible, but the hands are undersized in comparison.3. The crown guard just juts out and has hard angles; I would've prefered a more sloped and bezeled appearance.Overall, i do like the watch, for its dimensions, design (other than undersized hands), overall build quality (other than the finicky and cheap clasp), and functionality (other than weak luminescence on the bezel zero indicator). Did I forget to mention that this is solar powered, so no need to constantly replace batteries? And it says it's 100m water resistant, which is good enough for dips in the pool. There is no date window, which is fine since I can't read the tiny font on those anyway. I miss the sapphire crystal over the mineral, but at this price point that is an unreasonable ask. With all 3 links installed, this should fit up to 8.25 or even 8.50 inch wrists. I don't think I'd recommend it for anyone with wrists smaller than 7 inches.
