NO RETURNS
I made the mistake of purchasing a large bottle before tasting. I bought this to add to my coffee. t smells good but it tastes like alcohol - not something I want my coffee to taste like.

Hazelnut w/a Twist
This is a fine product to use in baking - but it's not a pure hazelnut taste. Where I think of pure hazelnut as Franglico, this is slightly chemicalized when compared to that. In baked goods - fine. In whipping cream - probably not.

Tastes weird- unnaturally and unnecessarily sweetened
Stick with Cook’s or Olive Nation. This isn’t an analogue of the extracts you’re accustomed to- much less hazelnut extract. I should have known when I smelled it but I made a batch of hazelnut creamer anyway. (which the recipe calls for no added sugars, and tastes great) Yeah, I had to throw out thr whole batch. Tasted weird, and not particularly like hazelnut because it was overly sweet -in a chalky, powdered sugar or sort of marshmallow tasting way. I checked the label and it is made with corn syrup, sugar, and molasses. Worst part was that it ruined a quart of homemade flavored creamer, the supplies to make it, my cup of coffee, and now I’m stuck with this useless stuff.

Great homemade coffee creamer!
We love our hazelnut emulsion. I decided to try a recipe for homemade coffee creamer (condensed milk, milk and whatever flavoring you prefer). It smells heavenly and tastes wonderful! So glad that we purchased it!
