My lifesaver
I get hot flashes and migraines when I’m PMSing and on my period and these are a total game changer. I don’t know why but I’ve never been able to find them in stores in the states so I’m glad I can at least get them online! It may seem like a random thing that won’t really do anything but at least for me these have been absolutely amazing. Works quickly and immediately helps to alleviate my symptoms. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the same boat as me with hot flashes and migraines!

Excellent for Migraines
My daughter uses these religiously when she has migraines. We buy in bulk to be sure we never run out. Great product at a great price.

Helpful product
I love these. I have severe, chronic migraine. These are by no means a cure, but they certainly help, especially when it seems like none of the pharmaceuticals are able to touch he pain. Plus, I can stick the patch on and not have to worry about repositioning an ice bag (at least in that spot) when I get back in bed.

Very effective
Can't find these in the pharmacy anymore. They are effective to use without medication when that headache strikes. My son hates pills, but he will grab one of these without question.
