I was prescribed Flow-nase nasal spray when it was R-X and it is still the Doctor’s go to when you tell them you have a clogged nose.Well my friend told me all about EQUATE.A “cheap” alternative, at 1/5 the cost it’s literally a fraction of the price!As per James:Hold your nose and gently blow as if your pop your ears.
