Isn’t it bad business to use SanDisk like names and deceive customers?

I was tricked by this also. Note that it has the same number of letters as SanDisk. The 1st and 4th letters are identical and are also in caps,just like SanDisk. Amazon needs to remove these. Also, they "claim to be 32GB but even after formating these they are barely over 29GB

Q:Are these made in the US? A: Lol.. I don't think anything that has to do with Tech is made in the US anymore..
