It's been 8 months since this toy arrived here. I haven't put the toy away (and then after a few days put it back), as ORSDA suggests, to sustain a kitty's attention. I just haven't had the heart to do that, as she has enjoyed it almost every day for all these months. She has approached it much like a human at a computer. She learned the least amount of moves required to get the toy to come on. She taps lightly until it starts moving, and sometimes she jumps on the moving rainbow tail, and sometimes she just hops off to another interest. I'm soon going to order a new set of this, because the toy has become so attuned to my kitty's habits that it shuts off quickly. It used to be, at the beginning, that the toy would switch on by itself every 3 hours or so, even at night. Though this can be a bit intrusive, it was also fun. I had 2 cats until about a month ago; the male passed on after having a long term health condition. He used to like to just leap from noisy shipping paper onto the toy. He didn't have the computer technician approach that the female has. Around the time I ordered this toy, I also ordered a wonderful glass water fountain for the kitties. The male took to it very quickly. I credit the confidence that the female kitty developed, learning how to play with this ORSDA toy, with her eventually trusting and using the water fountain. One tip: I don't much like the cats playing with and possibly ingesting feathers. Instead, I ordered the rainbow tail that's an "accessory" you can order. This is what the kitties here have most loved playing with. It has been a joy to have this toy and see how the kitties here, and now the female kitty, have enjoyed it so much. It's really wonderful and fun.

Great toy for cats who like to pounce on things that move under blankets, etc. The toy is sturdy and arrived fully charged and ready to go. It has varied settings for various combinations of motion and is easy to use with clear instructions. Our cat immediately engaged with the wand and the "whack-a-mole" feather features. While playing, he easily slides the fabric cover off of the working toy, which makes the toy slightly less interesting to him, but we can replace the fabric with a larger piece of cloth. A winner!

Our cat plays with this toy EVERY SINGLE day! He's ONLY interested in things that are hidden or that move. This toy does both! He's 1yo and so isn't interested in the loud flashy kitten toys, but is very active and wants to play. This is his favorite. ACCESSORIES: It has a rotating wand, pop-out feather and mat. With the 4 settings you can use 1, 2 or all 3 accessory options. Accessories screw on and stay on (which having had push on accessories on a different toy... this is a huge win!). It comes with replacement feathers, but the feather pulls back in far enough into the toy that he's been unable to do any damage to the feather so far. My cat prefers the "purple" option with the mat: With the mat attached, the wand rotates sporadically around the toy for 5 minutes and then switches to the pop-out feather for 5 minutes. The strings on the wand lure him in and get him watching it, but when the feather starts bumping the underside of the mat he dives in to find it. So cute and so worth it. SENSOR: The sensor is a touch or sound sensor I believe. If he pats the toy or mat it comes on again for another 10minutes. Saves on battery life and keeps it interesting to him. NOISE: Very low noise. It of course has moving parts, so there's some noise. BATTERY: Per the description, the battery should last about 4 to 5 days. Of course, that can vary depending on how much your cat plays with it. The first unit we received only lasted a day on a full charge. We tried it for several days but could only get it to last one day and then had to charge overnight. We contacted the company and they responded and promptly resolved the situation. Customer service was great! The cat and I are very pleased with the toy and would definitely recommend.

This is one of the few toys my cat will actually play with, which I am very happy about, it is entertaining to watch him play. The toy will go to standby after ten minutes and wait until something touches it (btw it's very sensitive, almost anything will set it off). The battery lasts a long time, and I usually keep it turned on at all times. The two problems I've had are that it is pretty loud and can get annoying, and it has only gotten louder as time goes on, and it begins to wear down, especially the hide-and-seek function. Additionally, the wand will just stop randomly before the ten minutes are up and it takes a good hit to get it going again. To be fair, I've had this for a few months now and it still works for the most part.

I'm pretty darn impressed with this. I needed something my cats could play with without my help. This absolutely does the trick. We've had it for, I want to say about a month now? Maybe a bit longer? It's been drug from one room to the other, flipped upside down, and it's still working well. I thought the cats might get bored but they still enjoy it. The different modes help. They don't go after it as energetically as they did at first mind you but they still enjoy it. Sometimes my older cats will meow at me to turn it on (I don't always have it on motion sensor) and lay down & stare at it like it's tv rather than play with it which is kind of hilarious. Or, they'll lay on the cover so the toy can't move past them. The rest of the time they still try to catch it. My youngest especially. He loves the mode where the toy peeks out of the different holes. Though, he's not the brightest of my cats & often just keeps sticking his paw in the same hole hoping he'll be able to reach it. They've managed to get the screw on toy tips off a few times. No idea how, but they have. They love the feather attachments, but they tend to pull them apart & I am super glad this came with the string attachment. It's much sturdier. We usually end up charging the toy every day and they seem a bit bummed when it's not in it's usual spot. I try to switch up the modes fairly often. Take the cover off, put it back on. The ability to switch things up really makes this toy worth it. I almost didn't buy this because often spending more than a few dollars on a cat toy turns out to be a waste of money. I'm glad I went for it with this one.

My cats LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!! Multiple cats can play at once. I suggest that when you buy this to ALSO buy replacement attachments. Mine had the feathers mangled first time playing with it. Those were the younger cats. I bought 3 of these and the older cats did not go for the kill on the feathers. Okay, so my 1-year-old cat... he absolutely LOVES this thing. I left him alone and came back to him still obsessively messing around with this. Cover on, cover off, he goes crazy for it. Pauses after prolonged inactivity, but will activate at touch again. Great activity when they're bored home alone. Has extra attachments. Easy to charge. Medium sized. Open the lid, put cover, then screw on again. Multiple modes to play. Low volume.

Having a problem with the wand going around. Have reached out to seller with no response UPDATE heard from seller responded that wand does not go around as they stated it should. Waiting for them to respond stated would get back or send a replacement

Keeps the kittens entertained when im busy doing work at home. It goes into sleep mode after awhile if it's not being played with, but once the kitties jump on it it activates again which is nice. I would say battery life is pretty good too. Charge it every couple of days. When the kittens play with the other mode, they tend to bite the fluff off which is a little worrisome since they rip it off. But they do love jamming their paws in the hole. They so love the wand with tail attachment. They always jump and bite on it and its holding up pretty well. I wish it gave extra tail attachments though. Definitely a good purchase imo!!

My easily bored Siamese cat LOVES this toy! I bought it as a last minute Christmas present, I didn’t want Julius Caesar feeling unloved over the holidays, so I hit the buy button with full confidence that the brand wouldn’t fail. It’s his second ORSDA toy and trusting the company, and exceptional customer service, I had no doubts. First let me list what I love: - It’s quiet, unlike him and the majority of his other interactive toys. This means it’s not waking him and I up at 2 am when the timer comes on. His other mat toy, which is now in his toy box, is too loud! - It keeps him busy so I can work in peace and make more money to buy him more stuff. - The alternating option between wand and whack-a-things is great! - The motion sensor actually works! So many of his toys claim to have a sensor but this one is sensitive and clicks on when he walks by, likely on a path to do something naughty so I appreciate the distractions.. - he’s only had it a couple weeks but it’s so far held up to his rough play. He’s a very large cat and plays very rough. I have nothing bad to say BUT there are a couple of thoughts I have for improving this toy. - I wish it would alternate between the two functions quicker, like one minute. He’s a literal sucker and has fallen asleep sucking on the wand strings, under the mat. Catnaps are over once the whack thing comes on! - I don’t love it’s not battery operated. We have dozens of rechargeable batteries so his toys are ready to go at all times! But this one dies once every day, and I have to hide it while it’s being charged because he sulks. Overall, I give this toys a huge pass and I can honestly say it’s worth every penny! I also really appreciate the company messaged me about my purchase to make sure everything was okay. Prior to this,with his other ORSDA toy, customer service went out of its way to make my little boy happy! Just get it, you won’t regret your decision! UPDATE i contacted ORSDA after kitty destroyed the wand by sucking it to death, and I am blown away by the unparalleled customer service!! * the toy is VERY durable, I have a 2 foot long, 18 lb Siamese who plays HARD. He’s the destructive fat kid on the street who ruins stuff just because it’s fun. Don’t doubt the quality or durability of this toy! It’s great for all cats 😃

I purchased this toy about three weeks ago; the first one I received worked very well but had some battery issues (it lasted a little shorter than claimed). Initially, I didn't contact customer support because I intended to use it without replacing it. However, a week after my initial purchase, ORSDA contacted me for feedback. So, I informed them of the problem for troubleshooting or finding a solution, but they provided excellent support and understood my issues professionally, offering me a replacement. Three days ago, I received the replacement toy. It works flawlessly with no battery issues so far, as I've tested it over the last three days. Anyway, I strongly recommend this cat toy if your cat enjoys catching things that pop up or chasing and catching, as the toy combines both features. It provides various modes that keep your cat or cats engaged to play on their own without manual turn-on and off, as long as the battery lasts. This also benefits you if you leave your cat or cats at home while you go out for work or shopping, or when you need some alone time, by keeping them occupied with toys :D I will definitely purchase ORSDA's products in the future since I had a great experience and was very satisfied with the overall quality of the toy!

My cat hates 90% of toys and rarely, if ever, plays by himself without human stimulation. He ignores laser pointers, that flappy fish thing, he gets bored of cat TV, doesnt like any sort of ball, Springs are a no go. He loves this toy. I have had to put it away several times because he drives me insane with all the racket he makes at bedtime. It is his favorite toy. 10/10 would buy again for him.

I can't believe how much our cats love this toy. We've had it over a month and they play with it every day. I actually felt a bit sheepish buying it because our cats will play with a crumpled up piece of paper or an elastic band, so why spend money on this? Well, they are so entertained by it. And we are entertained watching them. I'm grateful that it is easily rechargeable because they use it so much. The sensor feature is great too -- they can reactivate it after their naps. The wand comes off sometimes but it is easy to put back on. If your cats are bored -- try this!
