Smooth, soft! Feels good barefoot. When it first arrived, I laid it on the bed to prep the floor and my husband came in, lay down and fell asleep! Yes, that comfortable. Yes it's thin, but that's what will make it easier to wash in a machine. By itself on a hardwood floor it gives no cushioning. I tried it with the spongy mesh carpet liner and it was better but the one I had wasn't big enough so I just bought the Bagail felt and natural rubber liner in the correct size (it was delivered overnight!) and I'm really happy with the way this rug feels and looks. This replaces a thick wool oriental that was never big enough for the space and was never easy to clean... Pictured is the rug, the rug pulled back to show the liner and then the liner pulled back to show the rubber to make the whole thing anti slip. If I put this rug over another rug, like to update wall to wall carpet, I would not need to use a rug liner. I had a hard time choosing a pattern but finally just picked and of course it's going to work. This rug and the liner together still are a third of the price of a comparable ruggable. Definitely worth it to me! I'm planning to replace my other smaller throw rugs that are near outside doors for muddy paws with a few of these. Much lighter and easier to throw in the washing machine than other rubber backed throw rugs options. BTW, in person this rug is much lighter in overall color than even my photos show. I did want a distressed look and for that it's perfect. And it's different in daytime than nighttime. Just thought I'd mention that. The rug began to completely flatten out overnight but now that I've put the new liner under it it's a little bumpy ..I took these photos right after putting down the liner so nothing is laying flat. I know by the end of the day it will.

This rug is gorgeous and so soft. I bought the grey 5x7 rug for our bedroom for our big dogs because there’s not enough room for 2 big dog beds. The rubber backing keeps the dogs from nesting it up in a ball. It’s thin but surprisingly soft and plush—the packaging says velvet and that’s really what it feels like. It feels luxurious under foot. Bonus—it’s an attractive rug that fits perfectly with our bedroom decor.It was simple to lay down and the creases from packaging disappeared after a couple days. No strong smell. Color is as advertised. We have it on laminate flooring and it stays put. 10/10 would buy more for other rooms (after I see how it washes).This isn’t in an area where I have to worry about tracking in dirt. I’m more concerned how easily it vacuums out dog hair and washes out dog smell. I clean dog bedding weekly so it’ll be a true test of durability. I haven’t washed it yet but I have no doubt it will fit in my front loader. I’ll come back and update after a few washes to let you know how it holds up.

Definitely a good buy. It is thin but the nap feels great on bare feet so I'm not worried about the pile height. Happy it can go into a Cynthia's washer but haven't tried that yet. Binding looks good, no loose threads. There was no odor, no fold lines, and immediately flattened, no curling. The color is accurate - got the grey/ white. Looks great in room. Cannot comment yet on stain resistance or vacuum response.

Looks great. Wish it was a bit thicker so it lays flatter. But i have it on top of carpet, so maybe that's why.But I guess it has to be on the thin side since it is labeled as washable. It elevated the look of my dining area. I got the rug with the greenish tint. It can pair well with greens, whites, gold, creams, or browns. Good value.

This rug is the real deal! It looks absolutely gorgeous. Timelessly elegant. Will class up your place right quick! I was pleased that the backside is grippy, so I don't need something underneath to keep it from sliding around. But the best part is how soft it feels underfoot. You're going to want to lay down on it. It's very thin, but the smooth silky feel is amazing.

We have been looking for an affordable, pet friendly rug. We were nervous about the color but we absolutely love it! It’s very easy to clean, stays in the right spot and does not slide all around. It brings color to the room and looks very beautiful. Even after a couple months the color has stayed bright. I would recommend this rug especially if you have pets!

I have cats and dogs and this rug is easy to clean. Not to mention its machine washable! It is so soft and the colors are beautiful. It came folded in a bag and seems thing but really is well made. Laid completely flat after just a few hours. Sticks well without having to use addition carpet tape. Will be ordering another one for my living room.

Pretty rug and very soft. It’s was thicker than I imagined it would be. I was essentially expecting a blanket lol.Returning for a few reasons. It’s MUCH more yellow in person than online and review photos. iPhones correct colors in images so I have two iPhone images. One unedited (it has a purple croc in the lower right corner lol) that’s how it looks in all photos. It looks more neutral and like it might have some charcoal in it. The other image is edited to look how it looks in person. Much more yellow and not as neutral as you would think. We also thought our kids would be slipping around on it too much and fall since they’re still pretty small. Also the green comes off to me more like a teal that leans more blue. I was expecting more of an army green.Sad to have to return because I loved the pattern.
