Beast Pharm's Big D Daily Saturation Powder provides a moderately effective supplement for muscle building and recovery. As a lemon sherbet flavored powder, it aims to help replenish nutrients and electrolytes lost during intense workouts. I added this to my post-workout shake for about 2 weeks. It mixed pretty easily and tasted decent. I did feel it helped somewhat with muscle fatigue and soreness. My energy levels felt a bit higher on workout days when taking it. Compared to other products though, the effects weren't dramatic. But it does contain the basics like creatine, beta-alanine, and BCAAs which are proven to aid performance and recovery. The serving size seemed appropriate as well. For the price, Big D Daily Saturation Powder is a suitable choice for a daily muscle support supplement. While not the most powerful formula, it provides moderate benefits which recreational gym-goers will appreciate. If looking for something stronger, dedicated pre and post workout supplements would be better. But as a convenient addition to shakes, Big D is a decent all-in-one option.

Just to note, I was already taking creatine before I started with Big D. It's funny because I'm a big lad and my name starts with D. First day I took this I went to the gym and PR'd my deadlift 142.5kg. I warmed up with one rep at 100, one at 120, and then nearly messed it up because I forgot to add a 10kg plate to one side. Got myself set and one side of the bar flew off the floor. Got the weight right and lifted the weight, no trouble. Don't know why I didn't try again with more weight, I was so pleased with my PR, I left it there. Anyway I'm looking forward to this week and raising the bar yet again, I'm confident in setting a new PR.

This lemon sherbet flavour powder tastes very nice, and I quickly downed a whole serving before heading off to the gym. I'm not really sure how much of a difference it made but I was able to go flat out on the step machine for several minutes at the highest resistance I can manage. I don't normally want to do this, but I really did feel extra energetic on this occasion. My partner has now run off with entire tub so that will be the extent of my testing. Based on this limited experience though I give it the thumbs up. It works out a lot cheaper than the pre-bottled energy drinks available from the vending machine at my gym.

This for me is a great value and tasting pre workout. I only use this before training to give an extra burst of energy and nutrients. A lot of pre workouts cause me to be super itchy but I didn't get that with this which is great. I also really enjoy the lemon flavour. The powder mixes easy and produces a great tasting drink. Really happy.

This is great stuff that includes ingredients that other supplements don't. There's no caffeine in this so you may want to take some separately before your workouts. Would recommend!
