Jaccard Grater Microedge Match Stick, Silver/Black

Exactly what I was looking for and it is made well

I have seen Rachael Ray use a ribbon grater for garlic, so decided to give it a try. This tool is awesome! I hate mincing garlic and therefore tend to use the dry stuff. I have tried several other gadgets without success. But this tool elimimates the sticky mincing part that makes my fingers and cutting board smell for days. Just a few strokes of the clove over this grater into the pot and you're done! Clean up is effortless...just rinse and stick it into dishwasher. Highly recommend.

I've used this grater and the Jaccard ultra coarse grater for a few weeks now and I believe they will last a long time. Sharp, very sturdy, comfortable handle, nice non-skid strip on the bottom and good overall size. Cleans as easy as any.

Makes great matchsticks, especially carrots. Cleaning is a pain, but this is the case with many graters. Good quality... built to last.

This thing is perfect! I use it to make julienned carrots and beets for sushi rolls and salads. It is very sturdy and doesn't bend like other graters I have tried. Get it!

I love it! Sturdy stainless steel and easy to use. I bought it to make Asian Spring Rolls and itcalled for matchstick carrots. Perfect!

I got one grater for myself and one for a gift. I have used it several times now to grate lemon zest and to grate whole nutmeg. Works great! Cleans up pretty easy. I was using a old box grater that was too large and I would scrape my thumb. This grater is sharp, slender and curved, no more scraped knuckles and the lemon zest is finely shredded. I love it. Great price too. Only sad thing is that I was not able to take advantage of the rebate as it ran out 12/31/16 and I wasn't quite quick enough to get that sent in after the holidays. Oh well, small point! Thanks!
