Lots of products in parcel but certainly did the job

Cockroaches happily walking over sprayed/powdered area. Not effective at all.
I've sprayed and added the supplied powder. Roaches were happily walking over the powder. They didn't even die when sprayed over them. Seller said they will only refund unopened item. Not happy at all.
