I’m replacing existing fan and I don’t have attic accessed. Can I still install this fan?

Yes I think so. You just take down your existing exhaust fan and install the new one. I think you have to have a fan exhaust already but not sure. My contractor did it

The instruction manual does not state a specific duct length limitation. My question is, will this fan push up to 25 feet of straight length?

The FV-0510VSC1 with 25 feet of straight ducting, smooth with no bends, and rigid 4” ducting would have an effective CFM of 90-95 if the air volume is set to 100cfm. If the bathroom is 90 square-feet or less with an 8-foot ceiling, then this should be adequate. If the bathroom is larger, a larger fan, perhaps using 6” ducting, would be required.

If I only have a white, black, & grounding wire coming from my switch, what should I do with the red wires from the fan?

Per Panasonic, install a wire nut on each of the red wires to isolate any bare wire from touching the metal housing and shorting out the unit.
