Good morning, everyone. I have purchased more than 20 Aziot smart switches, including three two-way gang switches. I have been using them from past one year and overall, I am extremely happy with their performance, minimal latency, and seamless integration with Alexa. The only issue I experienced was with the three two-way gang switches, which would occasionally turn on and off by themselves. However, one of the two-way switches was recently replaced free of cost, and it has been working like a champ ever since. Honestly, I hardly ever touch the switches. Everything in my house is controlled through Alexa voice commands. I would also like to appreciate both Ajay and Ayesha for their excellent service. Their attitude was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Overall, I am very pleased with both the technology and the customer service provided by Aziot.

Bought 3 of the switches and 3 fan controls. Did not fit in our existing switch board and so I had to buy Roma classic. Pros - Easy to install - Seemless to integrate with Alexa - Can be integrated to Home automation (home assistant). No other touch switch has this feature - Works great. Have had no problems so far - Looks great if you install it in a compatible panel - Great customer support. One of the module's touch interface was not working. They replaced the unit pretty fast. Support also answered my questions promptly Cons - The backlight is just too bright and irritating at night. Would have give 5 stars if not for this. - Had to buy new board that will fit the module - Was a bit hard to daisy chain the power line as the wire connection sockets were small. Would be good if they provide one more slot in the module for power out Suggestions: - easy daisy chain support - bit more flexibility so that this can be retrofitted to Legrand and GM boards - some way to diffuse the backlight. I would totally buy even if they sell custom stickers that can dim the back light of the touch switches

Avoid this product. I used it for less than 15 days under a super light load (just some lights and a low-power exhaust fan), and it overheated and smoked inside of wall box. The MCB didn't trip in time, and if I hadn't been home, it could have started a serious house fire. Customer service was absolutely useless and full of excuses. First, they tried to tell me it's "clearly mentioned" that you can't connect a fan to it. When I asked where it says that, the rep pointed to a warning against "heavy appliances like air conditioners" and seriously tried to argue that a tiny exhaust fan counts as an AC because they both deal with air. When I called them out on that absolute nonsense, they suddenly changed their story and tried to blame a "high voltage spike" in my house. But only these two units burned out everything else is perfectly fine in my house including another fan switch from the exact same company sitting right next to the dead one. Clearly, this is a product defect and not a house-wide surge. Later told me only one room might have had the issue. They just dont want to take the blame on their product and would blame the buyer instead of investigating why their product is hazardous and buringing smoking inside people's house. It’s the cheapest switch on Amazon, but it's not worth risking your house over. Really disappointed in the brand more then the product. Saw a even severe burn case in the review.

Purchased 5 smart switch. 1 failed after 30 days of use. I ordered one more to have in spare, but new switch received with open box and there was no masking film available on from touch panel, also there was no output from No1 relay. Product quality is not upto the mark.
