So far so good with explanation details
Update after 6 weeks in use - June 29, 2026 The camera still works, but for yet unknown reasons I find I have to reboot the wireless extender that it is connected to several times a day to get it back online. Whether it's the camera or the extender I'm not sure yet but the other two cameras connected to the same extender are fine and do not need this frequent reboot. Overall for the price so far I am satisfied. The one thing that I wish was different is the way to view the image full size on your phone. On all my other cameras the image automatically becomes full screen when I rotate my phone but with this app you must press a control to enlarge the image. not a big deal, just a small thing. The image is pretty good but whether it's actually 8MP I'm not sure. I've only had the camera outdoors for about a week now and it has not rained so my biggest concern is how long will this camera last. I intend to come back to this review when the day comes that it fails and post that information. Cons: No way to change the IP address Nowhere to obtain the MAC address for the camera It seems like possibly 3k but not 4k

I like the Camera PTZ works well with Blue Iris. needs some tweaks.
First why I bought the camera. I needed a PTZ to work with blue Iris. It does intergrates fast and seamless. PTZ could be a little less clunky but I can work with that. Tracking not bad I like it. I would like more options like to have alarm ( which is there) or spot light when motion is triggered. My biggest issue is with the false alram I have my sensitivity at 88 and still have way too numerous false humaniond triggered alerts ( no human is there). Welll worth it overall. would purhase if fits your requirments.

The company definitely went downhill junk
Absolutely. No zoom, and it's constantly connecting and disconnecting from my network. It freezes up all the time. I will never order another camera from you again.
