Great Product - I love it!
This is a very versatile appliance, lots of cooking options. It is small but perfect for one or two people. I’ve been using it every day for the past 7-8 days. The more I use it the more options I discover. The grill, griddle and 6 qt cooking vessels are light weight but seem to be sturdy. The non stick (so far) is fantastic. I only use wooden or silicone utensils in this unit. I have used the grill plate and the griddle plate numerous times and it cooks everything nicely and does not stick. I’ve used the larger 6qt vessel to make spaghetti sauce and chicken soup on the slow cooker option, excellent! I’ve also used the griddle pan on the slow cooker option to make a small piece of pork that I cooked in cream of mushroom soup, chose the slow cook option on low and it cooked the pork perfectly! It takes about 5-7 minutes to pre-heat, has pre set options but you can also adjust the time and temperature. It heats to 400 degrees. It’s very easy to use.The only negative I have is I wish it would cook hotter than 400 degrees. I feel like it takes a little longer to cook some things but this is a minor issue.Overall, this is one of the best versatile kitchen appliances I’ve used in quite some time. I highly recommend this, especially for a smaller household or someone looking for an appliance that does multiple things with a small footprint. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on the longevity of this appliance but since it’s a West Bend and seems to be built so well I’m not expecting any issues with that.

Extremely Versatile
Bought this as my wife's 1989s crock pot finally got to the stage where everything either stays raw or burns.I LOVE this! So many effective uses without having to turn the oven on and heating up the house in summer. I've grilled in it, fried and slow cooked so far.Definitely recommend!

Slow cook disappointment
I've been using slow cookers for years. Got this cooker plus about a month ago. On slow cook settings, food never gets hot enough to slow boil. No matter what setting.

Only Works in Pre-Set Modes
I thought this would function as a "normal" slow cooker. However, the time/temp functions aren't customizable. I must have missed that somewhere in the descriptions. It won't cook on High for over 4 hours. Also, no simmer function. The whole point of slow cooking for me is that I can preset a time then go about my job without having to check on the cooking process or be home to change/restart the unit. Into the trash it goes.

Very versatile product.
Thus thing can replace many pieces of cookware that are cluttering up your cabinet space. It's a great product idea and I'm glad I found it.

will not buy again
I bought this to replace the last West Bend slow cooker I had the inside of the pot flaked off so badly even after buying 3 other ones that were just as bad, when I read that the coating on this one had changed and had good reviews both my husband and myself though we would give it a try, the first night I used it on the top of the stove then put it in the oven and everything was just great but tonight when I used it on the base I couldn't get any setting that I could adjust the temp. and time together you have choices of some to adjust the temp and then only use the setting for 30 min or 1 hour some settings you can't set the temp yourself but you can set the time you want, I was making my own spaghetti sauce and wanted to simmer on about medium for a couple hours so I tried the stew setting but you couldn't adjust the temp yourself but I was able to adjust the time so I kept checking on it and at first it was fine but then the next time I checked it it was almost burnt because I couldn't turn the temp down, and the whole time the base was turned on a fan ran it was so annoying I have never had a slow cooker that has had a fan running and the add on line doesn't say there is a fan, I will not buy another West Bend product again, I have wasted so much money trying to get another cooker like what they sold many years ago but it wore out and the rest have been garbage since, the pot seems to be good now but you need a basic base with it that you can set the temp you want and turn it on and off when you want
