Great looking hopefully will never have to use them.
Seem to be great got these for my first aid kit while I go off-roading and camping in the wilderness hopefully we'll never have to actually use them but I want to be prepared just in case.

Well rounded splint kit
Bought for my go bag/first aid bag. Gives me good peace of mind that if something happens to one of us while we are out hiking or camping we can immobilize an arm or leg if needed.

Your first aid kit needs splints
Your first aid kit is incomplete without means to immobilize an injured limb. Not necessarily as nice as Rhino, but tough to beat at this price. Besides, it's not like you'll use them twice

Must have for any first aid/survival kit
I'm a health care pro and was asked to "build" a first aid/survival kit for a couple of family members that camp and hike a lot. I found a great kit to begin with and added these. A must have for any first aid/survival kit. Hopefully, never needed but when you do you'll be ready. I highly recommend if your first aid/survival kit doesn't come with these you need to add them. These are all sizes in the set. Perfect!

Nice and organized.
Definitely better than other kits Iโve kept in my truck. I did supplement this with a number of other emergency first aid items (additional splints, clotting agents, multiple ace bandages, , etc.) for backcountry travel, but this covered the simple basics well.

Has everything you need!
Excellent to have at home and in the car. Contains all the essential items needed if an emergency occurs. Now all I need is an AED!

Stocked With Everything You Need
I honestly should have replaced my old first aid kit a couple of years ago. I didn't notice that the items were expired until I needed some burn cream and saw it was expired by three years! After going through everything I ended up tossing most of it. If you haven't bought a new first aid kit in the last five years check on yours. Chances are you probably need a new one like I did. This first aid kit is a serious upgrade from my last kit and made me realize how many items my old kit was lacking. This comes with survival items like an emergency blanket, venom extractor, splint and compass/whistle along with all the first aid essentials in a well put together first aid kit. The best part is everything is labeled so you're not frantically digging in random pockets trying to find what you need. The labels used are thick fabric that are clearly stitched with the name of the item. It makes it so much easier to keep everything organized which is so important in an emergency situation. It also makes it obvious if you run out of something. Another excellent feature is a detachable pouch with a CPR mask, disinfectant wipe and glove along with a fabric tag that's sewn onto the pouch itself with instructions for adult and infant CPR clearly written out. There is also a CPR card in the front pocket but I thought having the instructions sewn onto the pouch makes it impossible to lose and a very smart idea. The case is heavy duty canvas with a nice big metal zippers that go all the way around. They make sure that it's easily recognizable as a first aid kit with the red color and a large rubberized patch on the side with the words "First Aid" prominently displayed. There are card slots in the front for your identification and a CPR instruction card. For cons I couldn't find any. I'm very impressed with this kit and feel much better prepared for emergency situations. Five stars!

Great mid-sized first aid kit.
I went to write a review of the 245-piece first aid kit that arrived today. I was going to say that if you're on the fence and trying to decide between the 245 piece and 166 piece kits, go for the smaller 166 piece is my advice. It has pretty much the same contents, is better laid out, and has a molle attachment so you can mount it detachably on a backpack or the inside of your vehicle more easily than the larger kit. However, when I went to write that I was taken to edit the earlier review of the smaller kit I've been using for a few months, rather than to write a new review of the larger, different kit. This is a real problem with reviews now. You write a review of one product. And later find that review is inappropriately attached to a different (albeit related product.) Anyway, I've left my original review of the smaller (166 piece) kit below for posterity: Great wee first aid kit. I used it almost immediately, when a family member nearly sliced the tip of their finger off. Protip: snap the side of the iodine cotton buds that is marked with a line to release the iodine into the opposite side.

Full of medical aids
I don't know how to use some of the aids included in the pack , I hope there are instructions for some of these. Best in the possession of a knowledgeable person maybe.

Well organised, tough case, perfect for the van
Really impressed with the quality of this kit. Plenty of useful contents, neatly laid out, and the bag itself is sturdy and clearly made to be thrown in a van or tool bag. The MOLLE system makes it easy to attach to a seat back or racking. Hope I never need it, but glad itโs there.
