Not what I expected for the price garbage material

Missing headband, wings cheaply made but it'll do the job
I mostly just needed and wanted the wings for a costume party but it didn't come with the headband like in the pictures. The wings are made of cardboard and feathers. I'm probably going to return this since half of the package was missing. $15 USD is too much for cardboard and feathers.
