The phone holder works well. Fits my arm and I don't just use it for running. I use it walking my dog just to wear it so that I don't have to carry a phone when I go to grocery store. It's great

This armband has way more utility than I need it for, but it is awesome to not need to bring an additional running pack to carry all of my things. First off, I ordered a M size- Phones up to 6.1" for my Samsung S22. In the past, I would always need to remove the case of my phone in order to place it inside the armband. Right now, my case is a GVIEWIN phone case, and I am able to slip the phone in, case and all, into the armband! No more prying off the case just to work out and put it back on again. If the case were much bigger, there may be some issues getting it inside the armband, but there is a lot of space in the armband to accommodate many options. If you have a giant case on your phone and do not want to take it off for placing in the armband, ordering a size up might work.Another thing I love about this armband is that there are three holes on the bottom to allow you to plug in wired headphones, aux cables, power cables, etc. If for some reason you wanted to charge your phone but not remove it from the armband, this has you covered. In addition, there is a cable organizer for the wired headphones on the left side that velcros right onto the band itself. If you run with wired cables and are tired of the cable swinging wildly, this may help restore some sanity. I run with wireless headphones currently but I do see the appeal, as I have run with wired headphones before and desperately wanted a solution which was not stuffing the cables through my shirt!The band itself is pretty nice and has some customization options too. There are A and B slots to run the band through. If you wanted a tighter fit, you would run the band through A, but for a looser fit (or for bigger arms) you would use the B slot. For even BIGGER arms, the extension adds more length so all sorts of adjustments are possible with this armband. I personally like using the B slot since it gives me room to slip the band up my arm and then cinch it tight when it is in position.The credit card holder is nice because I used to place credit cards into the phone pouch in older armbands. Having the option to place the cards in their own compartment seems a lot less slipshod than throwing everything into the phone pouch, plus the compression of the phone against your arm when in use would hold the card(s) in place.Overall, this is probably one of the best armbands I have owned simply because its multitude of options means a lot less improvisation when I am going to work out.

Let's start with the positives:- Headphone cord holder (though most people don't use corded headphones these days)- Key holder- Card/License holder...hidden from view for security- Reflective border around front- Comfortable material- Protective flap over top- Ports in bottom for port accessMy biggest concern is the size. If the medium is up to 6.1" phones, why is the clear area 6.5"? The problem is my iPhone 13 Pro is loose in the holder which means more effort is needed to use the touch screen and the camera for Face ID won't work. This limits normal access and usage capability. For me, this is important. Unfortunately, I have to say I would hesitate to recommend this holder if those things are important to you. Otherwise, you may find it useful.
