INCLY 176PCS Black Pegboard Hooks with Peg Locks, 1/4" Heavy Duty Metal

This is a really nice set of mixed pegboard hangers. You get 176 pieces of pegboard accessories including 14 different types of hooks - curved hooks, angled hooks, straight hooks, pliers holder, ring tool holders and a multi tool rack. The fact that these are "extra thick" (1/4 inch) makes them fit snugly in the board but do not enlarge the hole. Overall this is a puchase that still feels good a week later (and that doesn't always happen) and that I was able to put to work immediately.

I picked this up to outfit 1/4 inch metal pegboards, and everything fit right out of the package with no fiddling. The build quality is solid, heavy duty powder-coated steel that feels like it'll last. The peg locks are a nice touch too, keeping everything firmly seated in the board. What you're paying for here is the variety. Fourteen different hook and bracket types means I had options for hanging things that a basic straight hook can't handle on its own. I'm using a mix of them to organize tools, kitchen utensils, and soldering equipment across a few boards. If I had one complaint, it's the distribution. Out of 176 pieces, 72 are J hooks and L hooks. That's a lot of real estate given to the two most basic shapes. Meanwhile you only get two of the double brackets in each size. I would have liked to see them pull back on the basics and be a little more generous with the specialty pieces.

I read most of the terrible ratings for this product that made me a little apprehensive about the purchase. I can not speak for any of those but my own. I have used pegboard pegs for decades in occupational and personal settings and these pegs are robust and well constructed. As far as the complaints that they are not as "thick as advertised", I didn't use a caliper or micrometer to measure BUT if they were much thicker it would be hard to fit into the 1/4 inch hole, they fit great! They fit so well I hardly find much use in using the locks to retain them. Compared to the big box store pegs, they are just as good if not better. especially for the price. I am very pleased with this product.

If you have pegboard tool storage set up, this kit is all you will need. Well made and rugged. They look great on my Garage wall.

I really enjoy the organization my pegboard has brought to my garage, and this variety pack of hooks and things are made well, hold weight i thought was questionable, and look good!

Great selection of heavier pegs.

These are claimed to be extra thick but the diameter is too small for my 1/4 pegboard. They fall out easily when you remove an item from the hook. I just purchased my 1/4 pegboard yesterday and learned today that the diameter of the hooks was too small. Unfortunately, my return window closed four days ago. I had purchased some 1/8 hooks at Menards before Christmas and they were glad to take them back yesterday, Feb 9. Looks like I will be doing more of my shopping at Menards.

Sturdy, well made and perfect for my needs.

Well this was good. Pegs come with rubber (or plastic) tips and hold-downs to keep them from pulling off the wall. The hold-downs are pretty light and I had to bend them a bit to fit better but work pretty good where I used them. Good variety and a great price though.

Mostly all pcs are very useful. I like the thicker wire for inserting into the peg board. Price was right for the number of pcs. Would by again.
