Comfortable convenient guest bed
We had a folding bed previously, but it had long metal bars underneath so our guests have said they were uncomfortable. I see this one has a different way of arranging the metal bars, my niece said this one was great after the weekend. Recommend!

No customer support. Critical attachment (METAL) flawed.
I need a new part D. No way to communicate this to manufacturer? Must pay out of pocket to return an item that cannot be put together because critical metal part was improperly manufactured? It is twisted!!! THEY should pay for the shipping! Love to know what to do next, beyond disputing the purchase on my credit card.
