A bit hard but are wide enough for short wider feet I'm sure they be perfect for those that are young or younger but if you have back or feet issues these might not be best for you but they are very cute and I can wear for a short period of time

They look great in the pictures but these can be bought at the dollar store. Size also much to big so order a size smaller
