ASICS Women's GT-2000 12 Running Shoe

Great shoes with arch support, comfort and the authentic fit of ASICS! Bought two pair.

I have had these for a while now and i absolutely love these sneakers, they are very comfortable and they are so pretty looking, I get alot of compliments on them. However, when I walk I feel like my foot is going outward a little as the material is very stretchy but very well made. Although they are Not the best support for someone with weak ankles I find I don't get any pain or discomfort after walking in then for awhile. They are super soft and feel like your walking on puffy clouds. I would definitely recommend and I will consider purchasing again. Thank you

I have post-tibial tendon disfunction and very flat feet. I usually have to wear orthotics in my shoes, because no shoes give adequate support. I hate the orthotics because they are hard on my heels when I am on my feet - walking or standing... so I researched the best sneakers for my condition, and these were recommended. Let me tell you, this was the best recommendation ever. I can wear these all day - on my feet - walking, standing, up and down the stairs, and I feel supported and my heels are enjoying the cushion. Great pair of sneakers!

Genuinely one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I have a slight overpronation issue that was causing hip pain, and these shoes have made a huge difference. I’m actually able to get through a day at a theme park without excruciating pain. They’re cushioned, have a wider toe box than most shoes, and fit true to size. Absolutely worth the price. I’ve worn them daily to work, on walks, to theme parks, they’re my everyday shoe, and they are holding up very well. Will definitely purchase again.

I've had at least 20 pairs of the GT 2000 series. They call it a stability shoe, but I have found it extremely comfortable for my high-arched, supinator-prone foot. (ie. this shoe was made for over-pronators but it works amazingly for me even though I strike on the balls and upper outer portion of my feet) It is cushioned but not so much that if feels like it's absorbing my bounce. I have developed bunyons in my later years so I very much appreciate that it comes in a Wide. My only complaint is that I wish the Wide came in more colors. I can live with that though. PS I once spent six hours total in two different running stores trying to find a "cooler looking" shoe that I liked better. I can't even count how many shoes I tried on and tested out. Sign, it was for naught--came home and ordered the same old ones I've always loved.

Overall they look and feel like a standard running shoe. I wear a womens 10 and each shoe weighs around 9.5 ounces and they do feel very lightweight. That is my favorite thing about them. My heel slips which I have issues with in most athletic shoes. Width-wise they feel okay - I do not have a super wide food but I have a high volume foot and they do not squish my toes or midfoot. The fabric feels forgiving in the midfoot. Toebox is rigid but has enough room unless you really need a wide toebox you should get wide width or the men's version or even check out Brooks Glycerin or Ghost, the newest versions they are super wide. The Ivory color isn't great. It looks like you left a white shoe in the sun and it dyed it yellow. I'm going to try out the V13 of this shoe to compare and see if my heel slipping is fixed in that version. Cushion is very good and not too squishy. A bit of pep lifting off the midfoot but not too much. This is a stability shoe and I can definitely feel it on the inner heel with each step. The laces feel good and are nice and long. Despite the thin tongue it is comfortable. Fabric mesh feels breathable enough.

They are light weight and comfortable to wear . White is the color this year. I would grab a pair !

My knees has been hurting for awhile and after I did some googling I found I was an over pronator. These shoes were highly recommended for that condition. I order a pair in May and they fit like a glove and my foot felt really supported and my knee pain was gone! I ordered a second pair in a different colour...BUT BEWARE...for some reason the new pair was not identical. The list of colours available all show the same shoe but there are only TWO of them that are fit so well. My first pair had multi-cloured laces and a little pull loop at the back..they are the GOAT...but the second pair had plain laces and no pull tab...did not even come close to fitting the same way. I returned them, and then ordered the only other pair with the fun laces and pull loop....and they fit like the first pair.( the insoles are not quite the same either...these have some green logo inside not the white asics swirl) So just be sure you know what you are getting!

Extremely comfortable. Have been using it for months now and mainly for running.

I’ve worn ASICS for years, but bought this particular pair as they are the ones recommended by ASICS for plantar fasciitis sufferers. I’d normally use inserts for running, but don’t need them since buying these. I run between 15-20km on a treadmill every week and find them mega-comfortable. I’ve also had a long-standing hip problem that has simply disappeared, which I can now blame on my old trainers. Very impressed and will be buying another identical pair.
