Best purchase I’ve ever made.

Delivered a piece of Junk.
I was delivered a treadmill that does not work. It’s damaged as well from delivery as the speed dial on the handle bar was dented in. But even when I try to use the app to speed up the treadmill it still doesn’t work which means it’s a motor issue too. I have spoke with customer service both Amazon and echelon and have been given the run around. I paid a lot for a broken treadmill. I’m so upset and still waiting on some type of solution. I will never make this big of a purchase through Amazon or ever get any equipment through Echelon.

Speed is massively off. If you have 9:15 minute miles you will accumulate a mile distance in about 6 minutes. I run regularly and 9:15 on this treadmill is probably actually more like 8:30. In addition, you have to have a membership subscription but you can’t actually use the features because the tablet will not complete the mandatory update as many others have also shared. Just don’t get this.

Crappy equipment
Got this as a replacement for a stride that did not even last a year, then this one suddenly just stopped working for not even a year as well. The screen does not connect with the equipment. No trouble shooting helps. Then asked to purchase a new screen or a new treadmill.

Without membership you get a blank screen!
Need to understand this is a basic treadmill and the nice large screen is only activated with a $400 membership - without it you have nothing. They should tell people that before they buy!
