The accordion file expands more than I expected, because the base is pretty wide. The material seems water-proof (I didn't test it) and seems fire-proof (didn't test that, either). I have gathered several of these recently for myself and my grown children, so I think that I am getting a pretty good handle on the good ones and the ones that are not-so-good. This is a good one! Recommended!

I was looking for something to organize my receipts for my business, and this multi-file folder did the trick. I like that I can then zip them all up. It does exactly what I need it to do.

I'm replacing an old cardboard file organizer and I appreciate this fireproof/waterproof organizer. The cloth is a fireproof silicone coated fiberglass. I wouldn't have guessed that, it just felt like a soft polyester nylon. There are added layers of cotton, aluminum foil coated fiberglass and waterproof fiberglass; so this organizer has all kinds of protection for $26. There are plenty of slots with all sizes for any personal or business requirements. The tabs are a muted color scheme: white, yellow, rust orange, and olive green. I'm happy with my order and look forward to moving my documents over to this new organizer.

I like that the durability takes no scratches or tears when inside of a tote. The size fits papers, notepads, documents, and it zips with no issue. The zipper stays aligned. It performs like a portfolio, but with inner layer that you can tell will actually delay fire damage.

I have a fireproof bag but this is so unique & organized. Love it!! Very well made.
