Good Service
The service of Elica company is very good and the chimney is also good

Good appearance and features. Functions well
Easy to operate, autosense function works very well. Suction power is good enough for regular Indian cooking for a mid size family and for a 3 or 4 burner gas stove/hob. Only negative I feel is noise. Though in product description it is mentioned as low noise around 58db I could feel it's noisy from low speed itself. Probably for open kitchens less noise may be observed. If we leave the noise factor aside, this chimney can be given 5 stars rating.
