Mine were delivered on April 23 2020. The "Best by" date is April 2021.

What are the nutritional facts for the lemon wafers? How many in a serving?

Lemon cream filled wafer cubes (74% cream filling). Ingredients: wheat flour, coconut oil, glucose syrup, sugar, whey powder (milk), dextrose, soy flour, barley malt extract, lemon juice powder 2% in the cream filling, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), emulsifier soy lecithins, salt, fat-reduced cocoa, lemon essential oil, Bourbon vanilla pods, spices. May contain hazelnuts and almonds.

So far we received our boxes undamaged

The ingredients say there is whey yet the description claims that they're vegan? Is there milk in this or are theh actually vegan?

If there is whey, they are not. They are delicious but also listed as gluten free but are not. There seems tones problem with the description.

Like eating fresh fruit

Love these wafers it's like eating a fresh lemon but not sour. A bit expensive though. I am disappointed that Amazon shipped them in a bag instead of a box and most of them were crushed.

Almost too good

What a tasty surprise these were. The flavour reminded me of lemon squares made with sweetened condensed milk. Nothing undesirable in the ingredient list for me. It’s a bit too easy to empty the bag.
