Forest Bathing is an excellent book on how to connect with nature and how nature nurtures us. The ancient practice of forest bathing is showing us the way to health and healing. Nature has so many benefits that are well explained in the book. The book also gives you instructions on how to do forest bathing in an urban environment given so many of us live away from forests. The practice of mindfulness is also well explained in the book. A great guide!

Very Interesting

I had never heard of this practice and it was very eye opening to me. As someone who deeply believes in grounding this truly spoke to me. While my experience is at the beach i really like the religious and historical information given at the beginning. I look forward to experiencing this new practice.

A great way to connect to nature.
I had heard of this practice, but wasn’t entirely sure about all aspects, this book filled in the gaps, and is a use read if you want to find new ways to connect to nature or understand Shinrin-Yoku in more detail. The guide takes you through the history and science, but also how to prepare and practice forest bathing (even if you live in a city). It’s a great book and one I would recommend.
