I bought this kit for my 11 year old. She loves crocheting and she loves this kit. She has been using all the time. The yarns are lighter weight than most I had bought for her previously but she loves them. She has been making things like small stuffed animals (stuffing sold separately), flowers, and shapes (like hearts). The yarn seems to be great for such things. She loves the pouch that comes with it and is able to keep everything organized by using it.

I expected more... the bag isn't quite what I expected nor is the size of the yarn bundles... my fault though I'm sure, I should have looked further into the size and things. I bought another bag directly after my disappointment of the bag from this bundle 🫣 The replacement bag is everything I expected and just perfect for storing my current crochet projects, I did find it here on Amazon, but it is just the bag. 😅 I used the bag from this bundle to store some excess yarn. 🤷🏻‍♀️ That will only work for so long though, it's a small bag.As for the rest of the bundle... it is a decent starter kit, you get all the things one needs to begin learning crochet- if you also buy a beginners book. IMO the price is high for the quality of all the items. That said if you're not sure this hobby is for you, or you just need all the things at an okay price then go for it, it'll hold up for a bit, and definitely get you thru a few projects.
