Very solid construction. I had to buy a hammer drill to drill the four holes in a concrete slab. To make the Allen screws more theft resistant I covered the top of each screw with JB Weld Metal Epoxy. This ground anchor is not going anywhere!

Works great! Used a hammer drill with a 5/8 bit and a friend. Good quality hardware. Great size for heavy duty bicycle chain. Instructions were clear.

This is a near exact copy of an ABUS floor anchor I installed about 4 years ago. I recently had to remove that in order to move a refrigerator in my garage and believe me when I say you do not want to have to remove this anchor. I had to cut it apart with a grinder, a process that required about 45 minutes as there is no single point at which to cut the base. Rather, multiple cuts were required - a long, tedious, sweaty process. If a thief has access to a grinder, no doubt he will cut the chain or the vertical link on the OKG rather than remove the base from the concrete floor. One reviewer criticized the OKG because a thief could simply reverse the install by using an allen wrench to back out the bolts from the concrete. Well, the OKG comes with a set of small ball bearings that you drive into the top of the bolt head. Once installed, you are not removing the bolts with an allen wrench. Believe me, I tried. With proper tools, specifically a hammer drill, this is a straightforward installation. Without a hammer drill, I wouldn't attempt it. Better to hire someone to do the install for you.

This product was awesome. I wish I had a 20 years ago. Highly recommended you’ll never be let down. One note… Drill holes in concrete just slightly below the depth of the screw. If it’s deeper, It tends to want to anchor too far down. If this happens to you, just get a longer bolt at the store and pull the wedge part out. Works great though highly recommended.

Lock is.okay to use but this day thief they use power tools to cut it my been cut off but it is very good to secure stuff that not thief around 👍👍👍👍
