We are using this for a Commercial application in tandem with the 2000W Off Grid Pure SIne Wave Battery Inverter and UPS, we are nothing but impressed with the performance. We dealt with Renogy Customer Service over a question, they were prompt, knowledgable and very professional. We will use them in the future without doubt.

What can say but please if you buy this product check the Bluetooth history before anything else..Luckily I did.Ok the Renogy ordering was simple and the battery, which is obviously held in the UK, turned up within a couple of days ..fabulous, good start hey..until I opened the box to find a slightly less that new product with the terminal bolts, one loose the other tight, and a few marks on the battery box so alarm bells started to ring. On checking the battery it was found to have an SOC of 34% strange it should be such an odd state of charge..the real kicker was when I checked the history and found out it had already had 90 charges that dated back to May of this year ..the dead give away!!I've now taken a night to fully charge the unit and also only gets to 99.2% charge then stops..from a night of 20amp lithium based charger charge!!I am waiting a reply from Renogy, let's see how their customer service department handle it..I will keep this review updated.

I never leave bad reviews but wow if there were 0 stars I'd give it 0!These are the old model with on board bluetooth and when it goes down (which mine did after 2 weeks) there's nothing you can do. The available AH is way down on a full charge and on top of that the customer support, though polite, is useless. They clearly have been told to avoid refunding or replacing products at all costs so they palm you off with the most mundane and simple things to "try" that my 9 year old would have already thought of.I should have read more of the review about this company because I'm not the only one who's had problems. Anyway My advice is don't buy this and get the newer model or better still buy from Victron, a much better company that have no problem with accepting fault when it's there.Good luck and happy off-griding!! :-)
