Love this stuff it gives an awesome pump without the caffeine jitters exactly what I need. The taste is great in cold water just add creatine.

Horrible flavor couldn't drink it at all would feel horrible while drinking.

We thought it was ok.

Pumps aren’t that great. It tastes fantastic but I used way better pump powders for a great pump.
