245mm/10" Glass Turntable Plate for Cookworks Microwave Ovens

I'm trying to return this item because it does not fit my CDA microwave. I've desperately tried to attach photos as requested, but they will not attach in any format. I just want to return it and buy a plate that fits.. there are no accessible customer services, only form emails, no phone number, and no return address!! This is beyond frustrating, and I'm stuck with a good microwave plate that does not fit and is of no use to me whatsoever. It is important that this item can be returned and does not become landfill!! Unfortunately the previous plate smashed into millions of fragments when it stuck to the bottom of a hot dish and fell on the counter as I lifted the dish out. I have not got a template of the bottom of the dish to work from. Please can I have a return address, or a returns label so that I can return it!!
