Bought like a month ago, have been only using for 15 days and one of the leg broke. Unable to claim warrenty at all. How do I get a replacement?

I was much speechless with the product. It is a bit heavy and durable which I expected to be. Best grip. It is not shaky or weak even extending to 71 Inch. Good for indoors or outdoors if its not windy, of course its a selfie long tripod. I dont want to expect much. 😅 Easy to carry and fold, a carry bag is a must for this device, want to keep untouched from scratch or dirt.
