Lavender and organic linseed eye pillow for yoga, meditation, and relaxation. These pillows can also be used as a heat pad to help relieve the pain of aching muscles and joints by heating in the microwave in 10 second increments on a high setting. They can also be put in the freezer to help relieve sunburn and inflammation. Put it into a freezer bag first and leave in the freezer for about 2 hours before using. The scent of lavender is very good in soothing stress related headaches and of course blocks out more light and so aiding relaxation and restfulness. The cover of the pillow is 100% cotton which contains 50% English lavender and 50% organic linseed. These are handmade by me in the UK, measure approximately 10cm x 22cm, and are all made to order so that the lavender I use is at it's best when it reaches you. All of the eye pillows I send out are wrapped in ivory coloured tissue paper and tied with ribbon.
